Crockenhill and Well Hill

Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.

Our officers will:

  • patrol to deter crime and reassure the public

  • hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns

  • work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups

  • tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability

  • build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive

Neighbourhood policing is a key part of Kent Police’s commitment to being community-focused, visible, and responsive.

Antisocial behaviour - nuisance.

Issued 03 February 2026

Officers have increased patrols in Azalea Drive and the surrounding area. During this work, officers have spoken with local residents and businesses to gather information and provide reassurance.

School officers have also been involved to help identify individuals linked to these incidents.

We encourage all incidents of antisocial behaviour to be reported. This helps us build a clearer picture of what is happening, identify those involved, and respond effectively.

Vehicle crime.

Issued 03 February 2026

The local officer has reviewed recent reports of vehicle crime and, has directed district officers to patrol the affected areas at key times. This aims to deter offending and help identify those responsible.

Officers are using information‑led tactics to help identify, locate and track vehicles linked to these offences.

We remain committed to maintaining a visible police presence, gathering relevant information and taking proactive action to disrupt this type of criminal activity. The local officer will continue to monitor the situation and respond to any further reports of vehicle theft in this area and nearby locations.

Actioned 30 March 2026

E-scooters/nuisance vehicles.

Issued 03 February 2026

Community officers continue to tackle nuisance‑related antisocial behaviour by focusing patrols in areas where issues happen most often. Officers are also building early links with local schools and working closely with partner organisations to help prevent problems from escalating.

Officers from both the Beat Team and the Child‑Centred Policing Team have recently spoken with individuals involved in antisocial behaviour and have taken appropriate action.

Privately owned e‑scooters are illegal to use on roads and in public places, including parks, pavements and shopping centres. We encourage members of the public to report any illegal use so officers can take action where needed.
