Officers continue to address antisocial behaviour across the ward through targeted patrols, community engagement and enforcement activity. Regular patrols are carried out in areas where concerns have been raised to deter offending, identify those responsible and provide reassurance to residents. Officers continue to monitor reports, engage with local communities and work with partner agencies to address issues at an early stage and prevent further incidents.

Although reports of antisocial behaviour have remained low during this reporting period, officers will continue to monitor the situation and review this priority to ensure it reflects the concerns of local residents. Through ongoing patrols, proactive problem-solving and community engagement, officers remain committed to reducing antisocial behaviour and improving the quality of life for those living in the area. Residents are encouraged to continue reporting incidents and concerns, as information from the community helps officers identify emerging issues and target resources where they are needed most.

Road safety.

Officers continue to address road safety concerns through targeted patrols and enforcement activity in response to concerns raised by residents. Several speed enforcement operations have been carried out, resulting in a number of drivers being stopped for road traffic offences. Officers will continue to conduct patrols and enforcement activity at locations identified through community concerns and local intelligence to improve road safety and reduce offending on local roads.

Further speed enforcement activity is planned, and residents are encouraged to report dangerous, antisocial or inconsiderate driving. Information provided by the community helps officers identify problem locations and direct patrols where they are needed most. Concerns relating to parking enforcement should generally be reported to the local authority unless a vehicle is causing a dangerous obstruction or presents an immediate risk to other road users. Through ongoing enforcement, community engagement and partnership working, officers continue to work to improve road safety and keep local roads safe for everyone.
