Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.
Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive

Antisocial behaviour - nuisance. Issued 14 April 2026 |
There have been 3 reports of antisocial behaviour in Hextable over the past 3 months, with no repeat locations or ongoing issues identified. Local officers will continue to carry out high-visibility patrols to provide reassurance and deter further incidents. Residents are encouraged to report any antisocial behaviour to Kent Police, as this helps officers identify emerging concerns and focus patrols where they are needed most. Vehicle crime. Issued 14 April 2026 |
There has been one report of vehicle crime in the area over the past 3 months. Following enquiries, officers identified links to a wider series of offences and successfully located the stolen vehicle at a suspected vehicle dismantling site. Investigations into vehicle crime continue, and officers will follow up all available lines of enquiry to identify those responsible. Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police. Road safety. Issued 14 April 2026 |
Speed checks are planned throughout the summer in response to concerns about road safety and speeding in the area. These checks will help officers identify unsafe driving, provide advice where appropriate and take enforcement action when offences are detected. Road safety remains a priority, and officers will continue to carry out patrols and targeted enforcement activity to help keep local roads safe. Actioned 02 July 2026 |
