Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive

Nuisance bikes using Cobham Hall. Issued 21 April 2026 |
Nuisance bikes in this area, as well as the nearby golf course and Park Pale, remain a well-known concern. Officers have maintained a visible presence in these locations to deter offending and provide reassurance to residents. We have also been working closely with the local authority and other partner agencies to explore further measures and targeted operations aimed at reducing nuisance bike activity. This issue remains a priority, and officers will continue to patrol hotspot areas and take action where offenders are identified. Actioned 03 July 2026 |

Nuisance youths in Cobham. Issued 21 April 2026 |
Police have maintained a visible presence in the area to help deter antisocial behaviour and provide reassurance to local residents. Encouragingly, there have been no reports relating to nuisance youths in the past month. Officers will continue to carry out regular patrols, particularly as we move into the summer holidays and warmer months when demand and activity can increase. We encourage residents to continue reporting any concerns so that patrols can be targeted effectively and issues addressed at an early stage. Actioned 03 July 2026 |
