Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.

Our officers will:

patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive

Drug dealing. Issued 15 July 2026	PC Howard remains committed to tackling drug dealing and the harm it causes to the local community. Through regular patrols, community engagement and the use of stop and search powers where appropriate, he works to identify those involved in drug-related offending and take action against them. Information provided by residents helps officers target patrols, gather intelligence and focus enforcement activity where it is needed most. Anyone with concerns about suspected drug dealing is encouraged to report them through local engagement events or My Community Voice, helping officers protect the community and keep neighbourhoods safe. Through regular patrols and engagement with the community, he works to identify problem areas and take action where issues are reported. This may include dealing with antisocial behaviour, speaking with those involved and working with partner agencies to address ongoing concerns. PC Howard remains committed to helping keep public spaces safe and welcoming, and encourages residents to report any concerns through local community meetings or My Community Voice so that action can be taken where it is needed most.
