Antisocial behaviour. Issued 03 November 2025 |
Residents, community groups, and traders have said antisocial behaviour (ASB) is a major concern in and around the town centre. ASB remains a priority in the Central Harbour ward. The town centre is a hotspot, so targeted patrols are continuing. Several Community Protection Warnings and Notices have been issued, leading to arrests and charges against repeat offenders. Local officers will keep taking firm action against anyone who breaks these rules. Officers are also working with partner agencies to support those involved in ASB, hoping that the help offered will change their behaviour. Signposting and referrals are ongoing.
