Local Priority Issues

Priority Action taken

Drug dealing.

Issued 03 February 2026

Local officers have carried out a range of drug‑related enforcement activity in the area over the past three months. This has included proactive stop‑and‑searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act, visits to addresses suspected of involvement in drug supply, and executing Magistrates’ warrants to enter properties and search for drugs or related items.

One address check led to three people being arrested and remanded for drug‑supply offences. Other stop‑and‑searches have resulted in a variety of outcomes, including out‑of‑court disposals where appropriate.

Please continue to tell PC Albers about anything that concerns you by attending his ward surgeries or contacting him on My Community Voice. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up by visiting www.mycommunityvoicekent.co.uk.
