Burglary.

Officers carry out regular patrols and work with residents to help prevent burglaries and keep communities safe. They provide advice on home security, such as securing doors and windows and protecting valuable property. Burglary remains a priority for Kent Police, and all reported incidents are recorded and investigated to help identify offenders and support victims.

Road safety (speeding).

Following concerns about speeding in the area, officers have carried out speed checks in locations identified by residents as problem areas. These checks help identify drivers exceeding the speed limit and allow appropriate action to be taken where necessary. Officers also carry out regular patrols to deter unsafe driving, respond to community concerns and help improve road safety for everyone using local roads.

Vehicle crime.

Officers carry out targeted patrols in areas affected by vehicle crime and work with residents to share advice on keeping vehicles and personal property safe. This includes simple crime prevention measures, such as locking vehicles, removing valuables from sight and using additional security devices where appropriate. Reports of vehicle crime are taken seriously, and any offences reported to Kent Police are recorded and investigated to help identify offenders and support victims.
