Acting on Community Concerns Dear residents, I hope you are all well. As part of my standard duties, I have been patrolling Broadstairs and St Peters to maintain a high-visibility police presence and address local issues as they arise. You may be aware of the recent investigation involving a serious incident in St Peters. My colleagues and I were on the scene to secure the area and support the initial response. In a separate and unrelated matter, I recently assisted the child protection team with an arrest of multiple persons. With the Halloween festivities approaching, we know this is a joyful time for many families. However, it can also bring instances of anti-social behaviour that cause concern for residents. If you experience or witness any issues on Halloween night, please do not hesitate to report them. Dial 999 in an emergency or use 101 for non-emergency matters. While I am not scheduled to work on Halloween night, our local teams will be out in force patrolling the area and responding to calls to ensure everyone across Thanet remains safe. The next Police surgery will be on the 06/11/26 at 1500hrs at Broadstairs library. Best regards, PC 14910 TAYLOR Viking and St Peters wards CSU Thanet |
