Your Neighbourhood Policing Team have been working with the Rural Task Force in tackling poaching and hare coursing in the local community.

If you see bright lights sweeping across fields at night, vehicles parked in farm gateways, people entering farmland without permission, or individuals with hunting dogs in agricultural areas, please report it. Your information may help prevent wildlife crime and other rural offences.

Our officers continue to patrol hotspot areas and engage with the farming community via Farmwatch however, please call 999 if poaching or hare coursing is happening at the time or there is an immediate threat.
