Traffic Enforcement in Bidborough, Southborough and High Brooms

Dear Residents,

I am aware that anti-social driving and speeding remain concerns for many residents.

To address these concerns, PC 15017 Deering and I conducted proactive vehicle checks on 30 August within the local area.

During the operation, a number of vehicles were stopped and checked. Several drivers were dealt with for a variety of road traffic offences, including speeding and other motoring-related matters.

I will continue to carry out enforcement activity and target those who drive in a manner that puts others at risk. This will include further traffic operations and action to tackle the illegal use of e-scooters where offences are identified.
