Street Briefing - Ash Church : Wed 26 Aug 13:00

Between the evening of Saturday 22nd August 2026 and the morning of Sunday 23rd August 2026, person(s) unknown have entered St Nicholas Church, The Street, Ash. Once inside, slight damage has been caused and an iPad stolen from within. All crimes are unacceptable, however targeting a place of worship like this is wholly unacceptable and understandably has an impact on the wider community. 

I will be in the village on foot patrol later today making further enquiries, and am holding a local ‘Street Briefing’ tomorrow to provide an update and reassurance to local residents. This will be held outside of:

St Nicholas Church, The Street, Ash, CT3 2EN at 13:00 hours - Wednesday 26th August 2026.
