Can you help us identify the owner of this bicycle?

A high end bicycle has been located in the Garlinge area and we are seeking to reunite it with its rightful owner.

The bike is believed to be of significant value, and there is a possibility it may have been stolen. Despite enquiries, we have been unable to identify the owner.
