Dear Resident,
Join your local Beat Officer for a Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Walk & Talk event in the community.
This is an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have about personal safety, anti-social behaviour, poorly lit areas, or locations where you feel vulnerable. We want to hear directly from residents and work together to make our communities feel safer for everyone.
During the walk, officers will provide practical advice and education on personal safety, including steps you can take to reduce risk and increase confidence when out and about. We will also be offering a range of personal safety equipment to individuals who may find themselves walking alone at night or in situations where they feel unsafe or at risk.
Whether you have a specific concern to raise or simply want to learn more about staying safe, we encourage you to come along and speak with your local policing team. 📍 Location: Five Oak Green Recreation Ground, Tonbridge, TN126RD
