Dear Resident,

Unfortunatly due to sickness i am unable to attend the planned meet and Greet today.

I will, however organise a replacement event once i am back on duty. My sincere spologises to those of you who were planning to attend. I was really looking forward to meeting you. 

I hope to see you at the next event.
