Littering Driver Arrested for Immigration Offences

When patrolling the Leeds area the driver in front of me decided to throw litter from the window of his van so I pulled him over. 

What started as a straightforward stop led to me discovering further offences. Checks revealed the driver was working in breach of his Immigration Visa and was also driving without insurance.

The driver was arrested, issued with a Traffic Offence Report and the van was seized.
