Anti-Social Behaviour: Oxenden Square, Herne Bay

Three teenagers have been issued Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) following their involvement in anti-social and disorderly behaviour in Oxenden Square, Herne Bay.

The warnings have been issued under the provisions of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which provides agencies with powers to address conduct having a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality.

As a result of the CPWs, each individual is prohibited from attending Oxenden Square and is required to refrain from any behaviour likely to have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of persons within the local community. Failure to comply with the warning will result in further enforcement action under the Act.
