CPW issued for targeted ASB!

A Community Protection Warning (CPW) has been issued to someone in a neighbouring village following a targeted spate of anti-social behaviour in Leeds.

The CPW has a list of conditions, tailored to the issue at hand and must be adhered to by the recipient. Should any of the conditions be breached then a Community Protection Notice (CPN) is issued. If the CPN is breached then the recipient could face arrest, fines and ultimately, an appearance in court.
