Dear Resident,

I hope this message finds you well.

I will be holding a Police Surgery in your area, and you are warmly invited to attend. This is an opportunity for you to speak with me directly about any local policing issues, concerns, or questions you may have.

Whether it's a matter affecting your street, your neighbourhood, or something more general, I’m here to listen and help where I can.

Details of the Police Surgery:

📍 Location: Heather House Community Cafe

📅 Date: 14/10/2026

🕒 Time: 10:00-12:00

Please feel free to drop in—no appointment is necessary.

I look forward to meeting you and working together to keep our community safe.

Kind regards,
