Anti-Social Vehicle Use – Palm Bay Area

Dear Resident,

We have recently received reports of vehicles being used in an anti-social manner in the Palm Bay area. Incidents include motorcycles being ridden on Foreness Point and across various green spaces within the housing estate.

Please be aware that using vehicles in this way may result in prosecution under the Road Traffic Act for careless and inconsiderate driving. Vehicles involved may also be seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
