Local Priorities Theft - shoplifting Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Theft - shoplifting, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

On 07/03/2026 B&M store in Sturry reported a prolific shoplifter who targeted washing pods from the store. officers in plain clothes arrested the male soon after the report was made and charged for all the shoplifting that was carried out by him from that store.

We urge people to report incidents that seems suspicious to them and provide information when needed, this can help is lowering the crime rate around in the area keeping it safe for everyone in the community.
