Dear Residents. Following on from last night I am pleased to see that the majority of people that took part in Halloween did so with minimal disruption or incidents. Whilst this was the case for the majority, it is disappointing that a minority took it upon themselves to spoil it for others. I would urge anyone with information or footage of any individuals engaging in any criminal offences or anti-social behaviour, to contact myself or Kent Police so we can work on getting them identified and dealt with.
