E-Scooters – Help Us Tackle Illegal E-Scooter Use in Your Community

Dear Resident,

We’re asking for your help in identifying areas where illegal electric scooter use is a concern.

While the attached poster outlines the current laws around e-scooters, we also need your eyes and ears on the ground. If you witness e-scooters being used in public spaces where they shouldn’t be, please report it to us. Your reports will help us:

- Pinpoint problem areas
- Work with local authorities to improve enforcement
- Keep our streets safer for everyone

You can report sightings to our Control Room using our Online Form, by Live Chat, or by calling 101. Please include the location, time, and a brief description of what you saw.

Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and informed.
