Rogue Traders

Good Morning Resident,

It is that time of year again, the warm weather often brings with it ‘rogue traders’. As always, we remind you to be vigilant about who you allow to complete work on your home. Don't be afraid to ask for identification and if you have any doubts about who they are purporting to be, ask them to leave and come back at a time when you have a friend or relative with you. This brings me nicely to my final point, please look out for your neighbours, family and friends. This doesn't mean directly challenging anyone but if you see anything suspicious, I encourage you to report it to us straight away by calling 101, using the Kent Police Website or if you feel a crime is taking place, call 999.

Kind Regards

Jack & Phil
