Theft of tools and vehicle.

Hello all.

We've received a couple of reports regarding theft of tools/vehicle.

One was theft of tools from a domestic garage in the Ivychurch area (Ashford Road A2070 end) overnight Sunday into BH Monday and the other was the theft of a Transit Van in Littlestone (Queens Road seafront end) that contained plumbers tools suspected to have been stolen overnight Monday into Tuesday (5th into 6th).

This acts as a reminder about our home and vehicle security so please ensure CCTV and security lighting is in working order.

Van owners especially those in trades, i understand it's not easy or practical to remove your tools from your van every night so please try and park them in a well lit area with CCTV whether that's on private land or in the street.

If anyone has information that you think might assist us, please email me 13183@kent.police.uk

Thank you.

Steve.
