Skinner Primary School - Community Litter Pick

We are coming to the end of our nine week ‘Mini Cadet’ course at Skinners Kent Primary, where 12 pupils have been learning about anti-social behaviour, staying safe online, first aid and much more. The Cadets had to choose a social action project, something they feel affects them and their community. So, last week, we went out and about in the community and completed a litter pick. Skinners Primary provided have all of the safety equipment as they are already part of a community clear up group.

Well done to the cadets, for their efforts, lots of rubbish was collected from around the North Farm area.

Tomorrow they have their final presentation to parents and peers at school, it has been a wonderful nine weeks, it is sad it has come to an end.
