Hello Resident,
This evening I was on patrol when I sighted a vehicle driving in an anti-social manner. The driver performed a wheel spin and was not driving as a careful and considerate driver should. As such, he was stopped and issued with a S59 warning notice which is valid for 1 year. If the driver is caught driving this vehicle in an anti-social manner again then it can be seized by police.
