Police speed enforcement activities were undertaken today in Lenham by PC Denney and I. Checks were conducted in both the 30mph zone from the High Street onto Headcorn Road, and the 20mph zone along Faversham Road past The Co-op. On this occasion I am pleased to report no vehicles were detected travelling in excess of the posted speed limit. Please continue to drive to the limits, road conditions and weather conditions through the village. Further enforcement will be carried out in due course.
