A Suspected Parcel Thief Has Been Charged Following Allegations A Delivery Driver Was Robbed In Sevenoaks


Good afternoon Resident,

 

A suspected parcel thief has been charged following allegations a delivery driver was robbed in Sevenoaks.

Kent Police was called at around 4.20pm on 21 January 2025 to a report of theft near the A20 in West Kingsdown.

The victim had been delivering parcels in Heverwood Road when he returned to his van to find an unknown man in the driver’s seat.

The suspect is reported to have driven off and is alleged to have later threatened to harm the victim before leaving the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

One man was later arrested.

Charged

Levi Dunn, 22, of Pitt Road in Maidstone, has since been charged with robbery and released on bail pending a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on 7 April 2025.

An investigation is ongoing to identify and locate four other men believed to be involved in the incident.

Local residents with private CCTV or drivers with dashcam, who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, are also asked to check for footage.
