Keyless car thefts

Good evening,

Last night three males were seen using a keyless repeater to try to steal cars in Castle Hill.  A few nights ago a vehicle was stolen from the area by keyless theft.

Please ensure that your keys are secured in a faraday cage or pouch and the signal cannot be intercepted.  Be vigilant and if you see anyone acting suspiciously call 999 if an emergency and 101 if not.

The devices used often look like radios with aerials.  If you have seen anything like this or vehicles involved recently please call in on 101 or message me here on MCV.

Regards,

Adam
