Catapult seized

Hi everyone

just want to share a good news, we manage to seize a Catapult after performing stop searches on some suspects in Ashford town centre.

I just like to highlight to you all as this is classified as dangerous weapons, if found in public areas, please see below the law on use of catapults.

Someone may be liable to prosecution under section 1 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1953 which makes it an offence to carry an offensive weapon in public without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.

If you see the use of this in public please notify Kent police either on 101 or via the website to report a crime.

Kind  Regards,

Kachi 62962.
