ASB Report- West Kingsdown Pavillion

Good afternoon Resident,

I'd like to make you aware of ongoing incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) at West Kingsdown Pavilion. Over the last week Kent Police have received reports of ongoing ASB from West Kingsdown Parish Council caused by mopeds and off-road vehicles such as quad bikes causing criminal damage on the green. Until this point we have received no information of the bikes or the person/s causing the damage to the green. I understand the Parish Council are often receiving the reports of the nuisance vehicles from residents via email, however these are not being reported to Kent Police, therefore it is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with these incidents promptly as these are often only noticed days after the incident.

I am also understanding that residents are reluctant to call 101 due to the lengthy time delays, however this is the best way to gain the correct response to the calls and allow us to be aware to the extent of the incidents. If able to do so online, the Kent Police online reporting system is often much more time efficient to report crimes. Alternatively , if you deem the behaviours to be a risk to yourself and others, this would be suitable to be called in to 999 as an emergency call.

If you have any information or intelligence please respond to this message or contact 101/Kent Police Online reporting quoting 21-0378.

Kind regards,

Ashleigh
