Driver Arrested For Drug Driving & Public Order offences


Officers on mobile patrol noticed a vehicle driving dangerously in Stanhope. 

The vehicle was stopped and the driver failed a drugs wipe - Meaning he was arrested for drug driving. 

The male was abusive, using foul language despite multiple warnings, meaning he was also arrested for public order offences. 

The male failed to comply with further tests in custody and as such has been charged for failing to provide a sample, and public order offences.

 

A day in court awaits him.
