Good morning Resident

It has been brought to my attention recently in the evenings during the week a large number of motorbikes are gathering in the lay-by, A20, Farningham and riding in anti-social manner. Please be assured I'm working with our departments to tackle the issue to identify riders and take positive action. Patrols will be increased in the area, however, I encourage those to continue reporting the matter to police if witnessing the above. 

I will endeavour keep you all up to date with my progress to tackle/prevent this occurring.
