Community Safety Day – A Fantastic Success! ⚽🐴🐶

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Community Safety Day at New Ash Green Primary School Field. This fantastic event was organised by Ash-cum-Ridley Parish Council and supported by Kent Police.

One of the highlights of the day was the Police vs Youth football match, where the young people put in an excellent performance and beat the officers – a brilliant display of teamwork, energy and sportsmanship!

There was lots of positive engagement throughout the event, with partner agencies and different departments coming together to offer advice, information and activities for all ages. It was excellent to see so many meaningful conversations taking place.

A big hit on the day was the Community Policing Volunteer and horse, along with the therapy dog, who were both extremely popular with attendees.

Events like this truly highlight the benefits of partnership working and help to build stronger, safer communities.
