Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

The Mental Health Foundation started the event 21 years ago. 

Each year the Foundation continues to set the theme, organise and host the week. The event has grown to become one of the biggest awareness weeks across the UK and globally. 

Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 will take place 9th-15th May on the topic of "Loneliness".


Attached is some information created by Mental Health Foundation with help and advice on how to reduce loneliness. Also attached is local and national numbers of who to contact for support if you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties with mental health.
